My Hubby and I passed by this place so many times.. finally decided to give it a try. We are not disappointed. The food is amazing, only 23 bucks for our order.

Stopped for lunch, very little wait. We got the spicy brisket sandwich. The flavor was amazing and cooked perfectly 10 out of 10 will be back!

Me and my brother came here and it was just what we wanted. Fresh homemade bbq. Service was quick, and the food was great and affordable too. Pulled chicken, Beef brisket were both top notch, as well as the potato salad and baked beans. Will definitely be returning next time we are in the area!

Very delicious bbq! Our first time stopping by this food truck did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the ribs and pulled pork. Pricing is affordable and service is quick. We’ll definitely be back!

I found myself scrambling last minute for a caterer when my father passed unexpectedly. JR was easy to work with and accommodating to my every need for this celebration of life. He made it easy during a difficult time. The food was hot and very tasty. I received many compliments on his food and service from guests and family too. I highly recommend Hillbilly BBQ for your gatherings! Thank you again!

We had a graduation party for about 30 people. We took the two meat option and three sides and we had plenty of food and tons of leftovers. Several people commented on the quality of the food and the service was excellent with good communication checking on us the day of.

This year, my family ordered a ham for Easter, and it was delicious. It was convenient, easy, well-priced, and a crowd pleaser. The owner took me back to the smoker to have a taste before purchasing, and was super friendly. They also have great breakfast and other items for a daily, quick stop, serving freshly smoked food and at a reasonable price! We will continue to come back.
